After critically understanding the client’s business and the site’s issues, we suggested switching to a new checkout design, re-designed their shopping cart, and established an easy two-step checkout process. We removed unnecessary features, bugs, and long, annoying forms from the site. Strengthened the security and shortened the purchasing funnel. We also added a messaging tool to help address customer queries during the checkout process. This tool ensures connected conversations with customers and encourages them to complete their purchases.
