We commenced the project by conducting an in-depth analysis of their business, website, and overall performance. Since the usability of the website was not satisfactory, we set out to improve the UX of the website. We worked on a visual sitemap, added specific menu names, and shortened the menu list to promote mobile friendliness and easy navigation. We linked the logo to the homepage to make navigation easier. We also optimized the navigation bar by clearly dividing categories, adding clickable images with alt text, and using appropriate hierarchy & precise navigation titles. Finally, we eliminated the broken links, and worked on interlinking to simplify site navigation for the visitors.


The optimized site and improved navigation led to an increase in sales and ROI for the client, showcasing the effectiveness of the improved site navigation. Customers experienced a smoother and more satisfying user experience, resulting in customer loyalty.
