Payments

We will provide you with a quote for the development of your website. Payment (at least 30%) will be required before we begin the actual work. We accept payments through various payment gateways, including credit cards and PayPal. If you choose to

cancel the development of your website after we have begun work, we reserve the right to keep the deposit you have paid.

Content

You are solely responsible for the content that you provide for your website. We will not be responsible for any content that you provide. You agree that any content you provide will not infringe any third party’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

Limitation of Liability

Webcresty will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided by us, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement upon 30 days of notice  to the other party if the agreed-upon terms are violated. The client  may also terminate the agreement at any time by providing notice to Webcresty if they decide to discontinue the relationship. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees owed to Webcresty must be paid within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webcresty is located, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. If you continue to use our website and services after we have modified these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
